Does Beacon work offline?
Yes. Beacon provides access to critical data with or without an internet connection. When connectivity is restored, data syncs automatically.
What kind of scanning does Beacon support?
Beacon supports multi-modal scanning including camera, Bluetooth, and keyboard input for maximum flexibility across different environments and devices.
Does Beacon support UDI compliance?
Yes. Beacon includes FDA AccessGUDID integration to read and validate UDI barcodes for FDA compliance and traceability.
What AI features does Beacon include?
Beacon includes AI-driven workflows including AI Case Creation and our Advanced AI Agent ('Kevin') for automating time-consuming processes and surfacing actionable insights.
Can I manage loaners and consignment inventory?
Absolutely. Beacon streamlines loaner kit management from request to return, and tracks consigned inventory with automated billing triggers.

What integrations are available out of the box?
Beacon comes with QuickBooks and Xero integrations, FDA AccessGUDID integration, and multiple carrier integrations for real-time shipment tracking.
Can Beacon integrate with my ERP system?
Yes. We offer standard integrations with 120+ third-party tools through our partnership with Endgrate, plus custom API integrations using our flexible REST APIs for enterprise systems.
How long does integration take?
Standard implementations take 4 to 12 weeks. Complex integrations with highly customized ERP systems can take up to 6 months, depending on scope and data requirements.
Pricing & Billing
How is Beacon priced?
We offer two pricing models: Bundled Pricing (tiers from $49 to $4,149/month based on usage) and Per-Seat Pricing ($75 to $250/month per user based on role). Enterprise pricing is also available.
Are there any additional costs?
Optional costs may include implementation assistance, custodian licenses, advanced reporting, custom integrations, custom development, and premier support tiers.
Is there a contract commitment?
All plans require a 1-year commitment.

Is Beacon HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Beacon is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with compliant practices throughout. We maintain our HIPAA Seal of Compliance.
How is my data secured?
Beacon provides roles-based access and authorization, encrypted data storage, API key authentication with organization-level access controls, and comprehensive audit trails.
What about SOC 2 and ISO compliance?
